Appointments and Access

The hospital operates in shifts throughout the day (24/7) and there is a supervisor for each shift and an integrated work team.

Clinic Appointment

To make your appointment, you can visit our clinic and find the most suitable doctor for you. In most cases we can make an appointment for you. Alternatively, please call our Contact Center from Sunday to Thursday between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. We will ask for basic identification information such as your address and telephone number.

In Case of Emergency

Our emergency department is manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The patient is admitted to the Hospital according to the approved hospital procedures. The hospital will provide you with the necessary treatment.
You or a relative will be asked to sign the Emergency Entry Form and a deposit must be made to cover the costs of treatment.
In the event that the patient has medical insurance from one of the companies approved by the hospital, the hospital can obtain approval to treat you on your behalf. If the health insurance company agrees to pay for your treatment, the amount paid will be returned to you. If your health insurance company does not pay for the treatment, you will have to bear all costs.

Inpatients Guide

  • Do not eat or drink anything after midnight, unless otherwise specifically instructed. If you do not follow this instruction, your surgery may be cancelled because it will endanger your safety.
  • Ask your doctor if you are taking any medications on the day of surgery, including all your usual medications, such as heart, asthma, blood pressure, epilepsy, transplantation, thyroid, antidepressants, insulin, and chronic pain relievers.
  • Unless specifically instructed, do not take any vitamins, supplements or herbal preparations on the morning of the operation.
  • If you need to change the admission date, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try our best to arrange a date that is convenient for you. This will allow us to adapt to other patients who may need it.
  • If you feel unwell, cold, or upset stomach before admission, please notify your doctor.
  • Please arrive on time.
  • The admission procedure is done at the admissions department.
  • Your nurse will then guide you to your room, where your doctor will explain the procedure and you will sign a legal requirement.
  • The nurse will then check you, please notify your nurse if you have any allergies (eg food, medicine, latex).
  • If you feel sick, have a cold, or have an upset stomach, contact your doctor before admission.
  • The doctor decides when you will be able to leave the hospital.
  • Before you leave the hospital, the doctor, nurse and medical team responsible for your health provide information and instructions for your post-discharge care, to you, your family and accompanying persons.
  • Recommended medicines after leaving the hospital: The nurse will give you all the required medicines after you leave the hospital.

Financial Information and Medical Insurance

The financial department of the hospital provides patients with all information regarding treatment costs and payment terms. The department team will:

  • Introduce the estimated total cost, payment terms and available methods.
  • Keeping you informed of any new developments regarding complications in your condition that may require an extension of your hospital stay.
  • Inform you of all information regarding the amount of advance payments required and the dates of payment.
  • At the end of your hospital stay, they will provide you with an invoice showing the amounts paid and owed.

If you or someone in your family needs a hospital emergency room, the hospital’s nursing team will provide basic care to ensure patient safety. Then the emergency service team discusses with the concerned person or accompanying persons the case information and the required payment procedures in the case of private or insurance.
